Hi all,
On my IPTV stream, I seem to get a brief pause.. it happens at random intervals of between 5 and 10 seconds... it's only a brief pause, but it's noticable.
I have Kodi and NextPVR running on the same box, have xTeve handling the m3u in to nextpvr.
First of all I thought it was because of xTeve, so removed that from the equation and added the m3u direct in to nextpvr.
Then I wondered if it was Kodi, but the issue also happens watching a channel through the NextPVR web interface.
However if I use an IPTV app on my phone/android box (such is IPTV Smarters), the playback is absolutely fine.
Is there any special logging you need me to do, which can help fault find?
I am having a problem with one particular IPTV channel. (EPIX 2)
I can't get any audio. It looks like it uses the E-AC3 codec.
I have installed/reinstalled several versions of codecs without any success.
If someone could just try playing the snippet I have attached here, and let me know if they get sound, and what your codec settings are. Thanx.
First off let me say thank you for a very well developed application. I'm using it in a docker in unraid and it works great (once I tweaked the docker command line).
The ability to add other users (besides just the admin login) would be helpful even if it was a single guest account. Also the ability to turn of the ability for that guest account to record shows with a single check box would be awesome.
Hiya.
Is there a list of commands available to the service?method= section?
I'd like to get my eggdrop bot talking to my NextPVR setup, so wondered what commands were available, so I know what I can/can't get the bot to do.
I have discovered how to set up a recording in the EPG but cannot find any way to start recording a program I am actually watching ,is there a way to do this?
My PC is off overnight and the EPG does not seem update or it comes up with nothing so I wanted to change the update time to 09:00:00, when the PC is normally on. If I go to the Browser (Firefox) > Settings > Guide, I can type into the Automatic EPG Update box, but, as soon as I hit enter, it reverts. I have tried 09:00:00 and 09:00. The only way I seem to be able to change it is directly in config.xml
Hello all. I'm in the United States using NPVR 5.0.3 (200415) on Windows 10 Pro (up to date) with Hauppauge WinTV HVR-955Q hardware. LAV codecs have been installed.
I'm trying to use the hardware's FM radio feature in NPVR and having no luck. I can confirm that the hardware does support FM radio because it works in Hauppauge's own WinTV application. However, I don't want to use Hauppauge WinTV because it's very buggy. This is why I've come to NPVR.
In NPVR 4, I was able to see my HVR-955Q as both a digital and analog device. I was able to manually add FM radio stations, but I was not able to play them (I received some error that I can't recall off hand).
In NPVR 5, my HVR-955Q only shows as a digital device with no option to add FM radio stations at all.
I'm not picky about runninng NPVR 4 or 5. I don't care. All I really want is some guidance as to how I can get FM radio working with my HVR-955Q hardware on NPVR 4/5.
In case users are trying to do fresh install with Schedules Direct or notice there are no EPG updates or new metadata from Schedules Direct note that the server is down.
Hi
I've encountered a problem where I can't set to record a series of TV programs.
When I select the program series I want to record and select 'All new episodes' the program will not be set to record.
If I set the program to record just one episode, this will be set to record.
Can anyone help explain what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks
Dave
