A feature that allows the user to see which are the most popular songs being played and create a top 10 or top 25 playlist (that might change all the time based on the songs being chosen.
Is it possible to add a '+1' value to a song whenever it's played, and a database is sorting those songs by highest number and creating a playlist out of it?
So I'm not sure if this is a bug or not but figured I would post it here for people to at least look at. I'm also not sure what component it would be related to but normally when I schedule a recording when that recording kicks off on the main GBPVR screen it shows a little red circle that says 'REC' in it to indicate it is recording. Well I just recently scheduled a show to record via the web interface after it had already started (it started at 11:30 when I told it to record the time was 11:35) and the recording started just fine but when I looked on the GBPVR application on the main screen the little red recording circle didn't appear until after I closed the application and restarted it. This is not a big deal at all but if it is a bug it's a bug.
I use the video archive panel and the bluemce2 skin so I'm not sure if these are part of that or it is part of the standard application.
Also, whatever it is that puts the recording circle up there it might be nice to have one that pops on there when the GBPVRConvert process is running as well.
I'm having some problems with program information in the TV Guide plugin. Some of the channels show no program information at all. The channel numbers and names, however, show up just fine. I have made sure that the channels are enabled in both the capture sources and the channels sections of the config app, as well as on the zap2it web page.
Also, some channels that I have disabled are showing up in the guide.
I'm not sure when this started, as I had originally only been using GBPVR as an enhanced server for my MediaMVP unit. I just recently started exploring its utility as a pvr.
Once again, the guide is failing to update automatically. I did a manual update, and that seemed to work - but I really don't want to have to do that every week or so.
Further, I've just realized that the manual update knocked all my scheduled recordings out. Now nothing is pending, even though everything that I set up to record is still in 'Recurring'. Really not looking forward to rescheduling everything each time I have to update, considering among all the people in the house we've got about 25 programs on recurring schedules...
After installing XRecord I started receiving this error in the evening. I presume this is getting kicked off at some point in the evening, but I can't find a way to disable it and nothing is reported in the log file it produces either.
Any ideas?
Tim
P.S. By the way, I only have the XSearch plugin enabled in gbpvr, if that matters.
Channel 56 is listed in channels in the config and it is checked. It is listed as FUSE, and that is indeed the name of the network.
Also, it is listed in the tv guide, and i can schedule recordings to that channel.
However, i cant tune directly to the channel, when i flip channels it passes 56, and 55 for that matter. It may pass others i havent noticed. Both of these channels are available from my cable provider (show up on regular tv).
Scheduled recordings for channel 56 just record channel 5.
I have a dvd stand alone unit

is it possible to edit out the comercials with comclean
I get a strange occurence with one of my channels in the EPG TV guide.
1. All Programme summaries are listed OK on the guide page, including the odd one, ABC
2. When I click on any programme except for the third one in my list (ABC) I get the green bar and it shows the description in the black bar below the summary guide.
3. When I click on the ABC channel (which SHOWS the summary fine as noted in (1), first there is no green bar and second, in the black bar below the summary guide, it says "no schedule"
4. BUT if I double click the programme (even though it does not go green) it shows the Summary AND the full decription in the OSD just fine.
I have viewed the XML file and it looks OK. I attach the XMl if it helps.
I am using one WinTV PVR-150 and tried to see german Video-Text within LiveTV. The only thing i saw, was a black screen with a Number left above and the clock to the right.
Ok, if i am install a second PVR-150, so i thoght, i will have Videotext. But no, no Videotext.
