I've been having a problem with PVR PowerTray crashing lately. It seems to happen more often when I'm messing with config, but it's happened at seemingly random times as well. I've attached screen shots of the error messages that come up and I can post any necessary logs.
I installed the latest version yesterday and discovered a new cool function, Conversion processing under the tab Processing...
But, some things about it.
1. I wan't 24hourclock
2. I managed to set the "timer" to start at 3 o clock, but nothing happened ?
3. Does it need ffdshow or something like that?
4. Finally, is there a way to run it when you wish, i.e. start a script, click a button like "Process now" ?
I have installed the MusicAlbums plug-in (thnx to author) and can see my total albums, however when I enter into a album I cannot see the album art (no album image found) even though I have a album jpeg in the folder with the mp3's.....what am I doing wrong....TIA
I have the shutdown plug-in since I want to be able to shutdown the my computer remotely from my MVP supported TV. Am running XP SP2 with fast-switching enabled. Unfortunately, whenever XP logs out of a user, shutdown does not seem to want to work from the MVP. I have to log in again to any user before the shutdown plugin works again until the next log off.
I hope I made this clear. Anyway, hope anybody can help
I am wondering how the new functionality to automatically convert MPEG2s to WMV/XviD/DivX works.
Does this mean that the conversion takes place at the same time of capturing to MPEG2?
I would really appreciate some help on this as almost all my captures are subsequently converted to Divx and the new functionality if it works the way I have understood it will save me a lot of trouble.
If I use advanced to schedule a recordingof 'SHow A' and get to search all channels for instances of it, it works perfectly.
However if I tell it to just look at one channel, it does not pick up any. (Obviously, i have set it to look at the right channel).
I don't remember this being a problem before - it is not too major becuiase most shows are just on one channel but it can be a bit frustrating when it is on two channels but you just want to record from one.
