I tried copying my V4 Media>Channels folder over to V5. Worked, but I realized that I'm getting very long channel names that basically prevent the icons from showing up. Using Schedules Direct. I used to get what amounts to an abbreviation for the channels, but now getting a long name. I'm using the same "channel header" that I used in V4.
I can't believe I'm asking this question. I have like 1/2 dozen posts/threads that link at the bottom of the page, "unsubcribe to this thread" meaning I'm subscribed. I choose "Subscribe and receive email notification of new replies" after I first create each post. However when I goto User CP, manage subscriptions it reports I have none. And my email is correct but never get any post reply notifications so my responses are not prompt. My vote is for Discord.
Is there any way to change the default browser recording view to Recent Recordings? My config.xml is set to "What's New" and UI Client works fine with that.
Hi, I'm using amlogic device with CoreELEC OS, I'm trying to run NextPVR server on it. Installation run ok but can't get access to UI with port 8866.

hi all, and again thanks NPVR for a great product. I record all of my digital tv and have done for must be 7 years now. sometimes during that period i have had to change PC's etc. Inoted that i get artefacts on playback but when i slect an SSD drive (External) i get perfect pictures. I record everything to an external drive as my pc's never have the capacity. But thats beside the point as i think i have shown that SSD'd work much better compared to External HDD's. My new PC is solid state now and when i had an SSD connected it was perfect. But i just used that drive for something else. So ois there a way to tweak performance to work well on an external HDD ? As i think i have proven if you have a PC that is totally solid state and record to an external SSD the recordings will be perfect. But the cost will be about $450 to buy another external SSD with the 2 TB capacity i require. Anyway of teaking any settings?
