One of the things I would like to include in a HTPC site I'm creating is an HTPC gallery. I would like to use some of the pics in the following thread to help test the layout and such. Ultimately I'd like to be able to keep the images on the site if I have user's permission. I'm waiting for a logo for the site and to get more content on it before I reveal it...but hopefully it will serve as a great asset to the HTPC community. Thanks in advance.

Everything was working fine, but now I have two more errors:

1. Still Unanswered--where the end of the recording causes GBPVR to crash and end.
2. Today everything seemed to have 'magically' disappeared from all the video folders. The folders are there, but all the files but one in a folder got deleted--every one of them!
3. Live TV keeps failing. See below the error log for this one

This is a new utility called DeleteRecordings.exe that will allow you to keep exactly between X and Y episodes per show.

For example, you want to keep no more than 10 simpsons episodes at a time, but will allow going as low as 5 if space is needed, and maybe only 5 seinfeld episodes but allow it to go as low as 2 if needed.

The attached distro file includes a sample config file, a readme with a complete featue list (e.g. will remove comskip, etc files as well), and a batch file to run it in &quot;safe mode&quot; which will tell you what would be deleted, but won't actually do it.

A few notes:
* Inspired by ReplayTV's scheduling feature of &quot;keep X hours of this show&quot;
* Actually had this banged out a couple weeks ago but didn't have time to post it -- the couple references to MaxRecordings in another thread reminded me to get this tested &amp; posted.
* This is pretty simple in that it does not use GBPVR or its database in anyway. A &quot;episodes&quot; ais just defined as a .mpg file in the directory in question. This is good in that this util is simpler in code and more generic in use (i will soon put the extension to use in the cfg file). Also note that gbpvr will remove any db entries for you once it sees that the file is physically gone.

I have the latest GBPVR update and the latest My Videos 3.0, but it doesn't show up. I am using the latest Media Experience Skin. So everything is the latest, but My Videos 3.0 doesn't yet work

I am probably missing something obvious but not yet sure what it is.

I can run gb-pvr on my PC and it all works great.
Most of the MVP functions work good too.

The one exception is live tv and recordings - I think I see the smilarity in these two. Again they work on my PC fine - so I can record and playback, watch live TV. I cannot get any of this functionality on my TV - the screen goes blank for 2 seconds and then returns to the menu. This is the case with recordings made on the PC using the gb-pvr software

Can anybody help?

On the plus side of things I think this is one of the most exciting pieces of software around - binging PC's and TV's together is the future (along with communications such as VOIP as well - there's a plug-in for somebody...)
