a lot of lists (like the video library) some menus (manual record) you cant press up to goto the bottom; i would love to see these problems corrected, just to make navigating quicker.

also the red/yellow button would make a much better pg up/down in video library etc.

also i figured out a perfect (well i think perfect) use for the button with no name (good thumb position (i did a dry run )). when navigating directories, often you want to goto the parent, how bout press the button with no name, and whoosh your there! (since back/exit is taken)

not sure about the non-hauppauge remotes thou. but still good for that remote.

every single mpeg 1 file i have tried (quite a few, ranging from music videos, to seinfeld episodes) cuts of about 10-20 seconds at the end. im using a pvr350, not sure if its the tv output or what. has anyone else encounted this problem.

sometimes it just hangs i have to to press back/exit button and spits out "erroryntax error (missing operator) in query expression 'filename=[the files name]".

Any hope for support of dual channel audio? (choose between two languages on two channels)

I have been told this is in the pipeline but any idea when support for freeview might be along?

i want to add a time/date panel and available diskspace to the main menu and might play around with the gbpvr/start text.  the diskspace will be a bar graph with a percentage in the middle.

oh and it looks a lot cooler on the pvr-350 tv out, darker. trying to get this look and fell through out all the plugins, waiting on sub and other to fix (or add more skinability to their plugins, small things so hopefully wont take long).  might have to edit the weather plugin source and fix the button problem. on its based on an avaluanch skin and the mce skin from mediaportal.

oh yeah anyone got ideas for a name? i suck at naming things. (called my pvr pc, "pvr" ) so far i got bluesquared, cos its blue and has kinda square shapes to it.

curious to know if anyone has had problems with the latest version of GBPVR whilst recording and say, browsing the web? My recordings will stop once i fire up the browser, through GBPVR thinks its recording until the time slot finishes.

I'm running an AMD 2700XP processor with 512Mb ram and recording onto a separate HDD so unless i have something stupid in the config, this seems a bit strange.

A new channel has just started in the UK called ITV 3, unfortunatly I added it to the epg the wrong way, by using the add button. How do I remove this incorrect channel?.

The reason I ask is because adding the channel this way has corrupted the guide and the channel after it in the list shows no listings now whereas before it did.

I worked out how to add the channel the right way by editing the info in bleb-channels.xml, and the update epg has downloaded the program listings, but I cant get them into the guide for some reason.

Hi,

When I want to browse the list of MPEG files (on the MVP), I see them in the list. But, very few on each page because the thumbnail is so big.
Is it possible to reduce its size?? Or maybe just have the title in the windows? That way I could see many more movies in the same screen.

I am a newbie user of the GBPVR software. Installed it on my server containing a PVR350. Connected to this server are several MVPs.
All is working fine with previously encoded content. I am however, looking to use the MVPs remote better. And for that I would like to read the manual of this part of GBPVR. Basically to learn what all the buttons on the MVPs remote are used for.
