-nPVR is installed and running on Windows Home Server 2011 (basically windows 7)
-Tuner HDHomeRun Quadro
-Two client machines via Kodi on Windows 10.
Problem:
About once everyday. Seems to be sometime during the day or early morning hours the NextPVR.exe processes stack up (see attached screen shot) and never end. Eventually my ram fills up (8gb) and the machine is brought to its knees. I can resolve the issue by stopping the nPVR service and starting it again.
Any ideas?
Logs attached. I had to put the "web" logs in a separate file because they were too big.
I've just tried to reinstall Next PVR after a while running TV Mosaic, and I can't get my Kodi to connect to Next PVR.
It's on the same PC and I've tried both 127.0.0.1 and 192.168.1.2 (My PC's IP) - neither work.
Windows Firewall says that the port isn't restricted.
I can watch TV direct from Next PVR, but if I try to connect in Kodi I get:
Code:

And then a load more of the last error (for every other channel I have setup).
I've tried Telnet 192.168.1.2 8866 and get the blinking cursor. But Kodi just won't connect to the server.
Any ideas on what could be going on here?
Interestingly, I only just reinstalled NextPVR (I had it installed around a year ago) after having similar issues I believe a year ago. When I reinstalled it, a load of the old settings were already populated. Is there a way to do a completely clean install perhaps? Is there any other trouble shooting that I could do?
I've also noticed that NPVR Tray only appears if I open it now - I thought this used to autostart?

I'm trying to go back to Next PVR from TV Mosaic, as it feels lighter weight. One thing that always seems to stump me is the setup as a server only (to watch on Kodi).
I've installed my web URL channel list and xmltv - I can play TV from Next PVR on the host computer. But in Kodi when I try to connect I get the below errors.
THIS:
Code:

@mvallevand - I saw on the kodi.tv forum that there is a 3.3.9 version of the addon. Can you share how to download it, as the latest Kodi nightly for ShieldTV (armv8a) from Dec 31 still references 3.3.8? I'd be happy to test out some of the timeshifting fixes that may be included in it.
Can you share some of the fixes as well so I know what to try to test?
I can't seem to set NextPVR to record the AKC National Championship Dog Show on Animal Planet.
Every time I try to record it, whether it's using "Quick Record" or clicking the OK button in the "Record" menu, I keep getting the following error, which I've copied below.
I've also attached the log files from when I attempted to set the recording. Is there anything I can do to fix it or some other way I can set up the recording?
I mean, other than setting up a Manual Recording. I don't want to do that unless I have to, because the guide has description data and you can't give Manual Recordings descriptions or even subtitles.
EDIT: MAJOR UPDATE!!!!
I noticed that I was getting the same error trying to record another show starting at 5:00pm today.
Then I remembered that earlier I had set a manual recording from 4:00pm to 5:30pm for an over-the-air channel, KPRC-HD NBC Channel 2.1, because the Schedules Direct guide is inaccurate for that channel for today.
I didn't think it would interfere with my cable recordings because it's over-the-air, so it would record on a separate tuner on a completely separate tuner box.
Despite that, it still seemed to be interfering, because the moment I deleted that manual recording, I could record shows starting at 5:00pm again.
EDIT2: Minor Update
After setting up the manual recording again, for some reason I was able to set other stuff to record at 5:00pm.
I think the only difference is that the first time I created the manual recording, I forgot to set the channel to KPRC-HD, so I had to go back and edit the channel on the manual recording.
I'm not sure how that makes a difference, but apparently it does, as it somehow turns the manual recording evil and causes it to prevent you from using the guide to set other recordings that cross within its time, no matter what channel they're on.
See the end of this message for details on invoking
just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

NextPVR is working well with WMP (Windows 7) but I cannot change the brigthness to be used all the time.
Using the Nvidia card I/F to change the brigthness causes some unstability in viewing the video later (so I stay with WMP control for it)
Good day and Happy New Year's to all...I was wondering if NPVR would have the capability to load/import a local m3u file as it does the xml file from the local drive. Ifthis is a feature for the next version that would be great! Otherwise, can someone inform me how this would be possible to accomplish? TIA and again, Merry Christmas to all...Cheers!
for a while now i've had an issue where the WebUI suddenly stops working. the recording service is still running and recording will still happen.
any ideas on what to look for? Sometimes the webui will work for a an hour or more, sometimes only several minutes until it stops working. I generally use Kodi 17.6 as a client and since the Webui seems to no longer be listening it prevents the Kodi addon from workng as well. This suddenly started happening about a month and a half ago.
I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling (keeping the database and config.xml files)
I am running a NextPVR client on windows. Recently the EPG is not scaled properly. The lettering is larger and the seem to only see the left side of the EPG. The live video and every thing else comes in correctly. I have checked and rechecked the settings within NextPVR setup. I cannot seem to see a setting to change to correct this. Pic of the EPG attached
