The rewind button on my Hauppauge Remote fails to function while viewing videos in the GBPVR program. What to do?

What happens? Rewind is hard to get to work good. Do you really need rewind? For most people it is "good enough" to set "use short skip instead of ff/rew" in the config app. Otherwise you need a decoder that works better with rewind/fast forward.
I'm not always right

I forgot to mention that it won't even work with reverse skip. I believe that there are some errors in the gbpvr folders again.

Rewind was mapped incorrectly in the irremote.ini file that controls the hauppauge remote. I changed mine to match the keyboard reference found in the documentation wiki. This may have been fixed in a release but I believe it was recently that I had to fix mine.

Note that I use short skip ffwd and rewind and I use hauppauge's program for the remote instead of letting GBPVR do it.
