I just upgraded from v94.?? to 95.16, and am having trouble with transcoding to .WMV format. The operation fails and I get the attached debug window. The log simply says the transcode failed.

I don't have Microsoft Visual Studio...

Any help would be appreciated.

zip and attach your GBPVRConvert.exe.log file and I'll take a look.

Can't find GBPVRConvert.exe.log; but I do have
GBBPVRConvert.exe-native-1.log (and 2 and 3). It's attached.
My apologies, I obviously was looking at the wrong log; have my filters been misplaced? I recently installed a second MPEG decoder card..

It seems to not be able to find two filters, one mine, one from microsoft.

I'm not 100% sure if it will help, but you could try running the following commands:

regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\GBPVRParser.ax"
regsvr32 "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\GBPVRParser.ax"

regsvr32 /u c:\windows\system32\mpg2splt.ax
regsvr32 c:\windows\system32\mpg2splt.ax

This should re-register these filters.

The unregister succeeded...

The re-register failed, message is "The specified module could not be found"

Which particular command?

If it was one of the "/u" commands, thats not a problem.

Both registered correctly the second time I tried. We're in the middle of a recording now, but I'll try a conversion later tonight (it's 8:45PM) or tomorrow morning.

Thanks for the help; AND the great program!
