Error during EPG update

When I update EPG , I get the following error: "Failure in ChanelFactory:toreChannels()..."

You didnt overwrite the gbpvr.mdb file with one from an older release did you? From the look of the english parts of those errors, it looks like you've got an old database, missing many of the required fields and tables.

Yes. This is what I did.

I have from time to time a blue screen with the consequence of losing gbpvr.mdb. So, in order to not have to reconfigure all over again, I have made a copy of this gbpvr.mdb file... It used to work OK. But this week I upgraded to the new version and today I had this blue screen...

No, I've always said this is not OK to copy the config.xml or gbpvr.mdb from a different version. Nearly every release I make changes to these files. By copying the files from a previous version you've effectively stuffed your setup.
