PVR-350 TV-out not scaled properly.

My appologies if this has been posted elsewhere. I did a search and couldn't find an answer.

Everything's working fine, but the video coming out of my PVR-350 seems to be larger than my TV set (ie: the tops and sides of the video are clipped). I have everything set to NTSC, which is correct for my set - is there a way to tweak output settings?
