I don't think that is it. In that thread they are describing a few frames being displayed out of order. I checked the file anyways and I have the latest version mentioned in the thread (with the patch included).
For me the video stream is actually stopping for a second at a time. I can uncheck all options in ffdshow where the video is basically just passing through and it still does it. In a smaller window or at lower resolutions it does it less often but still does it. No matter what settings though, the skipps occur after a certain time interval, not randomly, as if something is interrupting the stream (in a loop). The ffdshow filter vmr9 properties lists frames being dropped in the renderer during (the number increases only during the skips). I tried VMR7 and it is the same. Does anybody know of any other program where I can test the ffdshow raw functionality to see if it is ffdshow or just the way it is being used in GBPVR? I hope to get this working as I really just want the "TomsMoComp" filter. (BTW, is there a way to disable the channel name and time popping up in TV mode each time the mouse is moved? It would be ok just popping up on the channel change but it gets annoying popping up when the mouse gets bumped.) |
