Audio not in sync with video after comcleaning

I installed the lastest verison of comskip and it's detecting the commercials. I call comclean after processing and it creates the mpg file without the commercials. When I go to play the cleaned mpg in GBPVR or any player the sound is off by about 2 secs when compared to the video. Any ideas? Thanks.

comclean dos some evil things to the timestamps in the resulting .mpg file. I you use it, you're likely to get these sorts of problems.
