I posted this in Hardware but maybe it should go here...

Currently I have a one PVR150MCE connected to my Dish Networks stb using S-video.

Because of recording conflicts, I want to add another PVR150 to receive OTA signals. I have an antenna in my attic that pics up local stations pretty clear for the most part, except for channel 7.

Because my Dish uses the same channel numbers as OTA, is there a way to map the OTA channel to a different number and still have the guide work and all that? If not, how will that work if I want to record something on channel 7 and both Dish and OTA have channel 7 available?

I'd rather have anything that's supposed to record, try to record from the Dish tuner first because I know the picture will always be clear. Give the Dish tuner priority #1 for live TV and recordings. If it's already recording, use the OTA tuner for additional recordings or live TV.
MY PVR:
OS: Windows 7 Home Premium
Hardware: Silverstone LC13-E, Athlon II 250, Asrock 785GMH, 2GB Corsair RAM, 250GB WD HDD, 1TB WD Black, Hauppauge PVR-150 MCE tuner (s-video to Dish STB), HDHomeRun (ATSC x2), MCE2004 for Rx, USB-UIRT for Tx, Sony VL600 Remote, 36" Sony Wega HD CRT on DVI to embedded ATI HD4200.

When you schedule a recording, it starts at the top of the capture source list and works its way down looking for an available capture source with the requested channel. There are couple of exceptions, but this will give you the general idea on what tuner will be used.

sub, is it possible that you could add buttons with up/down arrows in the config app, capture source list tab, to change the order of the capture sources.

Maybe in a future release. For now you'll just need to drop and recreate the capture sources.
