Make use of the 100 chars for title and subtitle in programme-table

Hi,

I just saw that some of my programme's titles and subtitles where cut. It seems that the "Update EPG" procedure only uses 50 characters for those columns when writing them to the programmes table, but actually the columns are declared as char(100) in the database.
