Can I Manually add FM stations?

I have the WINTV 150MCE with FM tuner. There are only about 6 stations worth programming in my area. Performing the scan is so very tedious..it stops every other frequency and waits for me to skip...when I ADD a station, they dont seem to stay. Is there a way to add the frequency and station ID info manually? I see a section in the config.xml file for <FMRadioStations /> but nothing else.....I need to know the syntax if this is indeed where I put the info
