I have it setup to convert to a WMV file after it's done and I am getting the following errors in the log file:

22:32:30.125 INFO Log started

Any ideas???? Do I need to install something else?

I'm not sure why you'd get this, but you could try running the following - it might help:

regsvr32 /u "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\GBPVRParser.ax"
regsvr32 "c:\program files\devnz\gbpvr\GBPVRParser.ax"

I think I spoke too soon. It started encoding and did a great job but it got stuck at 99%?!?! Any ideas? The log file doesn't show anything... the process is still running on the computer but is using 0% of the processor.
