Video problem setting up a sapphire theater 550

Ok i have the audio working, so are there any common problems that i might encounter that makes the video not play.

What trying to do (view tv, watch DVD, play a video mpg file, play an avi file), and what exactly happens?

Just view tv, I hear sound and the screen is blank.

Ive been playing around with the connection from tv to computer and the most ive seen from the video was a single tuned channel in the tunning assistant and ive seen lots of configs with the grey static screen. Im right now got a cable from my topbox to my computer gives me sound cant figure out whats wrong with the video.

Do you have an MPEG2 decoder installed?
