What do you have plugged into the ariel socket on the PVR250? cable, antenna, VCR?

All the attempts to record or view live tv in your logs are for channel 2. Why havnt your tried another channel? Or have you set your source to use a 'constant channel' of 2?

Just wanted to post to say that my problem did eventually get solved. Similar to another post I saw here recently, Sub did solve the problem some time ago, had to do with old hauppage drivers on the CD, once I updated the drivers everything worked out. Thanks for all your help. Word of warning to anyone installing a PVR-250 from an old CD
