I have uploaded MCE2 style buttons to the skinpacks wiki. I have deviated from your naming conventions to maintian Appearance Manager compatibility with exsisting AM skins. I have little time now, but if you would like, you could use those same buttons in your themepacks. You just will have to rename some of them to be baseskin compatible.

Would you prefer messages like this or Private Messages in the future?

I will have a look at the buttons.
I next BaseSkin release I will have a skinpack with the Old Dogs Blue-AM skin that will fully work with AM.
I will also make a ThemePack for BlueMCE2 type skin that will work full with AM.
Have you seen that Contour ThemPack with the current BaseSkin works with AM ?
