I am currently running gbpvr from a desktop computer. I just ordered a dell laptop. Is there anyway to stream recorded shows to the laptop from the desktop computer using gbpvr? Is there anyway to do this with live tv?

check out this new addition to gbpvr.
http://forums.nextpvr.com/showthread.php?t=13481 This starts a session on the gbpvr server that transcodes the show you select and streams it to your pc. Alternatively, if you have a good network link you can use the enhanced web admin to watch your recordings. This works well as long as your network is fast enough and the bitrate of your recordings is not too high. Streaming live tv isn't currently possible but I think that it will come soon.
