NativeUtilities error message on start up

I am currently running windows 2000, Directx 9c, installed the .net 1.1 runtime library, installed mdac2.6. Installed gbpvr without any issues.

When starting the configuration I am getting the error that says something about it can't find NativeUtilities.

Any idea what I might be missing?

Hmmm... edited this post, so that I don't get people down the wrong path... I really got thing's mixed up in my first post... sorry. Thank's to bluesxman for pointing this out =)

You also get this on Windows 200 if you aren't running the latest version of Media Player (version 9 for win2k??). Might be worth checking.
