mvp crashed on mpg with chinese character

I have mpg karaoke files with english name, it played no problem on the huppage mvp. But I would like to rename it with a name with Chinese character and also under a folder name with Chinese character and have it played on the MVP. I have no problem renaming it with Chinese characters, but when I want to play it on the MVP, it crashed with the 'contacting server message'.

I have no problem playing the same renamed file with the 'start -gbpvr' on the pc though.

Any hints.

can you rename an MP3 file with the same name you'd like to use, and email it to me at support@devnz.com? Any MP3 file will do.
