I installed a DVICO Fusion 5 Lite HDTV tuner (ASTC). I am using a dual output video card (ATI X300) with an ATI DVI adapter to view HDTV content on my TV. When I run with the FusionHDTV application that comes with the card, I get a nice full screen picture on my TV that shows only the video content and not any of the rest of the PC screen. However, when I run the Fusion 5 Lite through the GBPVR application, the display on my PC only fills a small square box in the center of my TV screen. It is about 1/4 of the area of the full screen. The picture quality is great, only its too small. The TV also shows the rest of my PC screen including the Windows task bar at the bottom of the screen.

Is there a way to correct this so that I can get a full screen width HDTV picture on my TV screen?

What video decoder are you using? The Zulu one that comes with the fusion app works well. Also, what renderer are you using. Try switching between VMR and Overlay.

You are running in fullscreen mode right? You can press alt-enter to switch between windowed and fullscreen, or set it in the config app.

I am using the Zulu decoder. I was running VMR9. I tried Overlay. It brought the TV screen image to full height, but it didn't change the width at all. When it was in Overlay mode, pushing the F7 key didn't change the aspect ratio at all (but it does change when I'm in VMR9 mode). When I press alt-enter, it switches between windowed and fullscreen, but the picture size that I see on my TV is still the same (small) square box.

Reproduce the problem, then zip and attach the logs and I'll see if I can see anything obvious.
