MVP like watching on PC?

Hi!

I don't own a MVP, but if I understand correctly, you can use it as a sort of 'remote display' for GBPVR?
So you're seeing the same as on your computer screen, and use all the functions like live tv?

I use an xbox for watching recorded TV, but I cannot use the GBPVR interface from the xbox (running XBMC).

Would it be possible to built the same functionality for XBMC?

The MVP will give you virtually the same functionality as viewing on your computer (not the computer desktop, though). What you will "miss" is that it can only show mpg files, so if you want to watch a divx/xvid file, you need a computer that is fast enough to trasncode to mpg on the fly. GBPVR will do this for you if your computer is up to it.
