EPG won't work in 97 version ???

Hello

here is the config.exe.log file.
When I try to udae epg nothing happens and I get an error message, it can't seem to read the datas in the epg. xmltv for france is used, with latest xmltv realease . Any idea ???

It looks like you've copied a gbpvr.mdb file from a previous release. This file isnt portable between releases. As a result, your database is missing fields which are required for v0.97.7

I had a similar problem. Sub helped me out with it

Roll back to version .96 (Uninstall GBPVR, delete the gbpvr directory in Program Files, then install the old version of GBPVR. If you need an installer, PM me with your e-mail address and I will e-mail it to you, as sub doesn't keep old versions hosted.)

Copy old .mdb file into the folder, then try the update process again.

It worked for me. Good luck!

I have GBPVR09608.msi , I guess that should be fine ?

It did not work.
The other problem I have is when starting gbpvr it crashes ... if I use my old config.xml file. It doesnot seem to be able to upgrade from a previous install.

According to that log, you've still got the same problem - you database is missing fields required for v0.97.7, which shows you've cocked up the upgrade.

The easiest way for you to get it working is to delete you gbpvr.mdb (forcing it to recreate an empty database), then setup your capture sources again from scratch.
