Problems with install of 9707

I am having some problems with installing the latest version of GBPVR 09707. I previoously had 09608 installed. I went though and tried to delete all of my plugins and files. I have changed locations since my computer had been on last, so I would have to change everythign anyways. After going through the install process, I get an error box. I have attached it. What could I be forgeting in the install? Should I have just loaded over top of the old version? Gah, I want my GBPVR back!

I had a quick google on this error message. It sounds like the OleDB components on your machine might be broken. I'm not really sure exactly what you'd do to resolve this. Maybe installing Microsoft MDAC would help, but I'm not sure.

what exactly are those components (the OleDB), something-databases?
