I might take you up on that offer, but not today. I'm too tired.
I didn't either. You might want to do something with the logging so that each instance of GBPVR.exe running simutaneously can log to its own file or, since they are all started by RecordingService.exe and already use remoting to communicate with it, they could all send logging information to the RecordingService.exe via remoting to correlate the logging all into one file.

As for the remote access, just ask and its yours. I'd rather not install a development environment on my server, but if it helps the cause, I'm game. I'll just wipe it out and try out the 64bit version of 2k3 server. I'll go ahead and set up ID's for you, just PM me if you want to get in.

I went and got the new dongle from from Hauppauge Beta listed above. It seemed to fix the problem.

I went back to the old dongle. Did the loading application. Eventually, went to the four boxes with the big MediaMVP logo.

Switched back to the beta dongle, powercycled, and it came right up.

I've got an H2 as well.

My orignal dongle was 1.64 MB (1,730,080 bytes)
The beta dongle was version 241110b and 2.35 MB (2,466,336 bytes)

The new beta donble bin works absolutely GREAT with 97.7 and a rev H2 MVP - The remote is more responsive, fewer crashes. It does, however put REV D1's and the like out of commission Sad Maybe when Hauppauge gets the dongle.bin out of beta the problem will go away.

Great info guys.

It's lucky for me, I only have 1 H2. If I had an older one AND a newere one, I might be choked...
