ERROR Failed to find Writer filter

I have Hauppauge PVR 150 PCI, only use TV Tuner (Analog). I can see LiveTV. Only LiveTV Modus can not direct to recorder and scheduler will recorder but 0 bytes. that is funny.

when I record in LiveTV then this fault:
error object reference not set to an instance of an object

Try running the ReRegisterFilters.bat file.
