weird error when I open GBPVR

Basically, the program won't launch. I know that I have all the .Net stuff installed, I've done it MULTIPLE times... But I still get this error when I try to open the program. Ever seen this? I'm on Win2k, fully updated, etc.

You may need to upgrade the version of Windows Media Player you have installed.
