comskip runs but no skipping in GBPVR

I'm not sure what I'm missing, but I have comskip in my gbpvr dir, it runs, it generates the .log, .logo.txt, and also an empty .txt file for all the show I've recorded. In the past (previous install) the program easily skipped the commercials, but today's did not. My question is:
1) Is this because the .txt file is empty, and
2) Why would the .txt file be empty?

because it didnt manage to find any commercials.

Unfortunately I'm no comskip expert so I cant help you with this, but try posting a "comskip doesnt find commercials" thread in the 'plugin and skin support' forum and I'm sure Erik will try to help you. (he probably wont notice this thread otherwise)
