Sorry, I dont know anything about this WDM Software Recorder plugin and cant provide support for it.

Hi, I've got the above external box and XP SP3 doesn't recognise it = no driver. I've just installed your current SW and unsuprisingly, the device does not appear in the device list! Any ideas please? I somehow cannot imagine that any other people here are using this same device successfully.
