GBPVR and Mediaportal can co-exist now?

I know Mediaportal stopped GBPVR from working due to one of its direct show filters but they have just released an update patch for version 0.2 of Mediaportal which includes the following fix.

"MPSA had "normal" merits; this is okay but gb-pvr has problems with this"

Does this mean they can now coexist? Anyone tried?

edit Oops hope Sub doesn't delete this post as I'm only the messenger boy! At least there should be less support questions about why tv doesn't work on GBPVR!
