I am trying to do a clean install on a Windows 2000 box. I am using a Hauppauge PVR-150 card that appears to load and function fine. I loaded Microsofts .Net v2.0 with no errors. GBPVR v.97.13 loads with no errors but when the config screen opens I get a .Net error (attached). All of the boxes in GBPVR are empy and if I try to add my 150 card I get the .Net error again. I tested the PVR-150 on an XP box but want to have the actual setup on a spare Windows 2000 box I have. The .Net error message and the GBPVR log files are attaches.

You may need to update the version of Windows Media Player you have installed.

Thank you for the quick response. I loaded Windows Media Player 9 and that did take care of the the original .Net error. I received a few other error messages after that but they were more descriptive and I was able to sort those out myself. I did get one other general error message that came up one time and I did not write it down and it hasn't come up again. It seems GBPVR is configured and running well. Now I just need to find a pci video card to drive a TV.

Thanks again sub. I just started using GBPVR to record World Cup games on my PC while I was at work. I like it so much I am trying to set up a system I can set in a cabinet by a TV. Big Grin

Is there a minimum WMP version required? If so, may be an idea to add it to the pre-requisite list on the wiki.
