I haven't quite got this. I have a DVB-T (BDA) TV-card that I can properly watch and record shows with in dvr-ms format. However that format does not work when I try to stream the programme with the EWA (Enhanced Web Module). If I select TS format, then streaming works fine. However watching the programme in gbpvr does not work.

What multiplexer/format should I use to be able to record, watch in gbpvr, and stream?

At a loss...

Dont use the TS mux option, that is only for my testing. You need to download and install a recent version of the Cyberlink mux. If you read the stick 'BDA Multiplexer Info', it should contains some info on where to get this.

Some cards like the Twinhan cards come with this multiplexer, so you may already have it - MuxChecker will tell you.

Thanks Sub,

yes, I've got a CyberLink mux from the Twinhan VisionPlus install, or maybe the BDA driver. However it gives me periodic breakup of the picture!? Say, every 10 seconds or so. Dvr-ms works nicely in that respect.

However, the Cyberlink mux produces .mpeg files. Seems that streaming did not work with this mux either... I get nothing in the VLC client.

Do recordings made with this mux playback fine in other software?

It may just be a playback problem rather than a mux problem.

No, its the same problem i zoom player, or when playing on another computer. Periodic breakup with severe macroblocking under a very short time, then playback resumes. Between the breakup the playback is top notch. The breakup is always on the same spot when playing back so it is from recording.

One could suspect that the HD or other hardware is interfering, but that should have affected other muxes as well. With ts or dvr-ms there is no breakup.

I use VMR9 renderless, NVIDIA purevideo decoder and Microsoft demultiplexer for playback in zoom player.

Update!

I had Cyberlink mux version 5.0.2022. That version seems to be faulty.
I have now 5.0.1307 and it works like a charm. Both local playback in full glory as well as streaming through the EWA works like a charm.

Thanks for your help!

I've been looking for 5.0.0.1307 for a while without any luck. Any chance of a copy or letting me know where it can be found?
