Rev H3 Yellow Hauppauge slider

Bought a third MVP rev H3, 2 others are rev D (both work well - no problems).

The new rev H3 has an orange Hauppauge progress slider when viewing any recordings.
I swapped out an existing MVP (REV D) with the new one to test it.....not sure if the MVP IS bad or a dongle bin issue.!!

Running 97.9 default "dongle.bin". Tried a couple of other dongle bins (latest from Hauppauge) same issue.

Anyone??

The next version of GB-PVR kills the yellow bar thing that Hauppauge hardcoded in their most recent dongle.

Are you doing something special with Hauppauge to trigger this or just sending a full transparent alpha channel?

There will be a new configuration parameter in the Hauppauge dongle for turning it off, much in the same way you can set whether its PAL/NTSC, screen saver type, screen saver timeout etc...
