TV Stutter every 30 minutes

I have noticed something strange over the past few days....

When i am just watching tv at every half hour my tuner stops recording for just a split second or so....

I always watch tv in timeshift mode so the result is a couple of jumps and jerks on the screen.

Anyone have any ideas why it might be doing this....?

Its probably when it changes files. (ie, start of the next show)
