GBPVR crashing v98.8b

I'm not sure exactly what's going on with my PC using .98.8b, but this looks like the second time that I got a Microsoft error reporting box that GBPVR.exe had crashed. No event log messages either.

IE6
(1) MVP

Looks like it's still recording Survivor tonight, so I'm not sure which process is crashing. I'm attaching my log files for interest.
