Unable to setup HIP to control GBPVR using USB-UIRT - please Help

I also just purchased the USB-UIRT. I now have the gbpvr plugin changing the channel directly (without HIP) with a few issues outstanding. I started with hip so I have some info for you, right now I'm still using my PVR-350 Remote.

Hi,

I just purchased a USB-UIRT device which I shall be using to remote control my htpc and change channels on my STB. I plan to use HIP as the software for this.

Unfortunately, I am unable to setup HIP to control my GBPVR from my remote. I downloaded an existing config file from the forum and that has enabled me to change channels on the STB through the USB-UIRT device. So when I change channels on GBPVR using my keyboard, the usb-uirt flashes the ir signals on my STB and changes it's channels. So the blasting part is working successfully.

But I am still not able to remote control GBPVR using my remote through HIP and I am unable to figure out how to do so from the HIP guide.

I would really appreciate if someone can help me get started on this and then I would try and ask further questions and go from there.

I would sincerely appreciate if someone can help me get started with the steps to remote control GBPVR using this remote, A usb-uirt and HIP.
