is there a new dongle.bin with 98.13

as the title says - was there an update to the dongle.bin with the newest version of GBPVR ? just checking to see if theres a reason for me to upgrade as now im only using the MVP i guess this would be the only reason to upgrade.....

Afaik the 98.08 got a new dongle, which works very well for almost everyone. The last version (98.13) still uses this dongle.

The dongle hasnt changed, but there was a lot of ther bugs fixed...
