How do I set this up for Hauppauge WinTV Nova-T-USB2?

I know I'm not the brightest but I have installed GBPVR but cannot work out what to do from here to link it to the WinTV Nova-T-USB2 so I can tune it in and record.

Anyone have any notes on what to do or know where I can get them from?
