Hmm... GBPVR setup not working in my new house

I can't figure this one out. I moved a working GBPVR box from an apartment to a house less than a mile away. Cable provider is the same, zip code is the same, etc.

I've installed GBPVR at least half a dozen times without incident, but I can't get this to work. I've uninstalled it, deleted /gbpvr/, and reinstalled but I still get this:

This "(401) Unathorized" message returned from the zap2it server typically indicates your zap2it username/password is entered incorrectly in your capture source settings.
