Channel order wrong in TV Guide

Is there anyway that I can change the channel order in the TV Guide? Some of my channels are out of order.

The order is based on the channel numbers in the main channels list in the config app.

Is there a way to just sort the channels in the main channels list in the config app? The channel numbers and listings are correct they are just so far out of order its impossible to use. I tried reloading, deleting all the data and rebuilding the tuner config; no good.
