No data in channel guide

My tv guide has the channels and station info, but no show information in the main part of the window.

Also, we have a channel 8 on cable, but it shows up as channel 98 and has the station information, but no show data in the TV Guide. If I try to actually tune to it, there is just static on the channel.

click the update epg button in the config app, then zip and attach the config.exe.log and I'll take a look.

The channel data is now showing up, but the problem with channel 8 is still there. About a week ago I manually tried to add channel 8, but it did not work.

I have previously also tried updating the EPG, but it always does the same thing, puts 8 as 98 and the tv guide data is blank and I can not tune to the channel.

I attached the zip file. I hope it showed up.

I'm guessing they changed the channel name of channel 8, or something similar. Meaning there was already a channel using "8", so the new channel name just got allocated some used number at the end.

I'd go into your capture source setting, click on the channel 8 you have and click the remove button. Then go to the bottom of the list where you've got channel 98, and edit the channel number to make it 8.

You'll probably also need to change the channel number on the main channel list tab in the config app.

Thanks, I can tune to the channel now. It is showing up at the end of the list as channel 98 in the guide, but the show data is there and I can tune to it and see the channel.
