Hi,

I tried to install the software, and just got a couple of rather useless error messages, then the installer quit. I have attached screen shots of the error messages. Anyone know what whats wrong?

That last one said FATAL ERROR, installation ended prematurely because of an error. I had to take it out of the word doc because it made my file 2k too big to post here.

thanks

Have you installed the .net 2.0 framework?

Ok,

Now it installed, but it won't recognize my video / video capture card (ATI all in wonder 128 pro).

What am I doing wrong now?

Thanks

There is no support for the ATI All In Wonder cards - they lack the required MPEG2 encoder hardware.

GBPVR doesn't natively support software encoding cards like the one you have. Most people here use hardware encoding cards such as the Hauppauge PVR 150. If you are intent on using your ATI tuner, you should look at the Software Recorder plugin. If so, I suggest that you start a seperate thread where people experienced with that plugin could help out.

Edit: Looks like sub beat me to it. Big Grin
