I've consolidated the various patches and forum threads, and put links to all on the Wiki for getting CDK Scheduler working with the .Net 2.0 versions of GBPVR.

If I missed any steps, can somebody please update appropriately, I'm still using the version prior to th move to .Net 2.0 so haven't tested these steps.
