I had the same problem about a month ago. I ran tuning assistant and picked up the frequencies from that.

You can also try freqcopy.
If you want to know why nPVR is the bomb, ask my wife!

So then where did you or how did you put in the frequenciesfor GBPVR could you put up a screen shot or tell me a bit more I really want to use GB. Thanks.
Also did you have WinTV2000 installed on your machine before hand and did you do any registry tweaks. And lastly do you also live in NAm?

EDIT: Okay so I am getting there all of my channels have sound now but the upper channels are still fuzzy just a bit off. some of the lower channels are perfect but in between those there are still some fuzzy ones.

I think that I have it now. What I am doing is that for some reason the tuning assistant if I run it for my country and card set for antenna(Which I dont have) the numbers are working but If I set it for cable it will not work even though it will give you a frequency anyway. So I have to get the numbers from TA and input them but the test channels looked good so far.

I had a similar problem - some channels are great, some are terrible. Even sometimes the great channels were terrible. . After going nuts for about 2 weeks installing/uninstalling/configuring software, I found that the joiner (not sure what it's called - it has 2 female ends) for the cable outside the house had some corrosion. I unscrewed both cables and screwed them back in. That solved the problem for about a month, then when it started happening again, I replaced the joiner thingy and it worked fine until I went with dish.
