colored buttons suggestion for MCE remote?

I got my MCE remote working with HIP but wasn't sure what to do about the colored buttons since I don't have any. I ended up using the four buttons across the top, my tv, my music, etc (not sure what they are, i am at school right now) and just told myself to remember the order "Y RGB"

Any other solutions? I might change it to use the vol buttons, since I control the vol on my receiver (but that is just 2 buttons).
