I have a hvr1600 and a ATI HDTV Wonder in my current setup. I do not have the digital side of the hvr1600 setup ( yet ). The problem I am having is that in the TV Guide the channels only show the first 4 letter of the call sign. Which makes it difficult to determine if I have going to record channel 16 KLRT or channel 16-1 KLRTDT. Is there anyway to show more digits and/or differentiate the channels in some fashion?

Each tuner is populated from zap2it, each tuner has a separate account.

Thanks,

Squid

I have to say I've found this annoying now that I've added an ATSC tuner as well. In config, it almost looks like you could edit the channels names, but it doesn't let you type anything (click on the channel name and the curser blinks, and the little arrow in the left column changes to a pen, and you can copy and paste, but the paste has no effect).

If the TV guide is not displaying the full channel name, it is because it doesn't have the space for it. One easy fix would be to reduce the font size for the channel names:
1. Browse to your skin folder's tv guide subfolder. I am using the nuoro skin, so my folder is: C:\Program Files\devnz\gbpvr\skin\nuoro\tv guide.
2. Edit skin.xml file and change the "size" for this line:
<TextStyle name="ChannelNames" color="White" typeFace="Segoe UI" size="10" style="regular"/>

Mine was 17 and I changed it to 10. If you are using MVP, then you will need further customization in the skin file to not to make the font too small.
