Guide navigation problem

I ve just started using GBPVR, and is looking good, however I am having problems withthe TV Guide (DVB) I cant navigate horizontally using the arrow keys ( or my mce remote for that matter). I can therefore only schedule a programme to record by using a mouse. How can I fix this?

Also when I navigate ( only vertically at the moment!) the contrast between the selected pane and the others is poor so cant see what Ive got, can I change the colour? Ive tried other skins, but they all muck up the video display.
